Specialising in mental health and wellbeing, leadership and performance, her approach includes a mixture of training, coaching and mentoring. Hannah's clients appreciate her open, honest and authentic style alongside her practical knowledge and understanding of the demands of a professional career.
After running her first business for three years, Hannah learnt first hand about the impact of chronic stress on her work, her health and her family. Discovering how to regulate stress, be happier and healthier, grow her family and her multiple businesses, led Hannah towards sharing these skills with professionals around the world.
Traditional thinking and trainings on stress and burnout, simply aren't bringing about the improvement in mental health and wellbeing we all want to see, swiftly enough. Adopting a trauma informed approach, understanding how we all carry our own individual drivers and thought processes, combined with powerful proven tools, can make the difference to our workplaces and our own wellbeing.
Hannah is the author of The Authentic Lawyer and co-author of Future Proof Your Legal Career: 10 core areas of professional development, she is a keynote speaker on the Power of Authenticity in the Workplace and Tackling Women's Burnout.
